To get to the section in TurboTax where you will enter
your information regarding home mortgage interest paid, you do the following:
- Log in to
your TurboTax Online account, or open your TurboTax
Desktop program
- Click to Take me to
my return
- Click on Federal
Taxes
- Click on Deductions
& Credits
- Choose Check
for more tax breaks
- Choose Skip to all
tax breaks
- Find Your
Home and
click to Show More
- Click Start by Mortgage Interest, Refinancing and
click Start or Update
