Foreign Ordinary Dividends
If you have ordinary dividends (non-qualified) from an International Index Fund, do you have to pay taxes on them if your income is below the standard deduction? I read somewhere online that ordinary dividends don't qualify for any tax deductions, but I don't know what this means.
