Try removing Max benefits (if added), you can remove this in the section "Review my order" in the first step of the filing tab.
As a U.S. company, TurboTax does only accept U.S. payments currently (including Apple Pay, which has been a successful work around for some customers - you would need to download the app, pay there, then log back into the main system to utilize this option. Be sure you are logged in with the same user name and password.)
When using the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion it is correct that you still pay self-employment tax.
