It is typically found in supplemental pages attached to your 1099-DIV -but it isn't always obvious that's what you're seeing. It often just blends in with the disclosures and other "stuff" that those forms can contain.
If you don't see it on the forms, sometimes the fund company or bank will have information on their website, or you can call them.
In some cases it is easy to presume all of the dividend is foreign source, such as when it is a foreign bank or mutual fund invested wholly in foreign assets.
