You must be using the Windows or Mac CD/download software. When you try to update your software, I assume that it tells you that it is all up to date, when it obviously is not (those forms have been available for months).

 

Please re-install your TurboTax software, then click on Online (at the top left) and Check for Updates to see if it will update this time.
