I called support and they suggested the desktop version for 2018 amendments with a followup email with links.
I was able to process the 2018 amendments Online not desktop. I purchased the Turbotax product previously when doing the 2018 taxes last year, so didn't have to repurchase the product.
If you think that the results would differ by doing it via CD/desktop, please advise. I was not able to follow the instructions given for doing the Desktop version.
