I finished filing my taxes. I then asked for my free tax advisor call, but it was 1AM and they called at 6AM before I was awake. How do I get them?

I still would like to talk to the tax advisor, and it was free with my purchase.  How do I get them?   I have been on TurboTax for 30 minutes searching for an answer and can not find one.
