@Hal_Al is right, but just to be sure you understand, I'll add that the only deductible property taxes are taxes based on the value of the property. ("ad valorem" taxes). Registration fees are not based on the current value of the car. They are fixed for every vehicle within a certain class of vehicles. So registration fees are not deductible from for personal vehicles. (Business vehicles are a different matter.)
