Please share rules/docs/information about Healthcare.gov/1095/1040
Can someone please share the rules, documents, or information that shows the following:
When applying for a policy on Healthcare.gov/Affordable Care Marketplace, the application requires you to list the members of your household and your dependents. Based on the information provided the household income, advanced premium credits, or a subsidized plan can be offered to reduce the monthly premium amount paid out of pocket by the subscriber. This information provided on the application should match the end of year reconciliation forms and the dependants listed on 1040. This is a check an balance for the subsidy and is used to reconcile at the end of the year. I understand this as it was shared with me by my insurance broker, but I am looking for the actual rules/documents that state this information. Can someone share the rules/regs that govern this whole process and links all of the forms together please? PDF's , weblinks, anything would be helpful. I understand this, but need to show others the same in a formal way.
