How to make TurboTax recognize HSA excess contribution?

I contributed to an HSA in 2019, under my individual limit.  However, my spouse had an FSA, all of 2019 and I was covered under her policy.  I removed my excess (the entire amount of my 2019 contribution) in May 2020. The HSA administrator said they won't be sending any 1099-SA until next year. From other answers here, I gather that TurboTax can automatically detect excess contributions, but it doesn't seem to have done so. How do I tell it about my wife's FSA? Or is there a manual way to specify the removed excess contribution as "other income" on my 2019 taxes?
