@Aziemianin44 - please take a look at your tax return (and I assume all children are under the age of 17).
let's see if we can figure this out; i have a hunch, based on others on these boards
please review your tax return where your children are listed. ALL THE WAY over to the right, there are some check marks listed under two colmns called "child tax credit" and "other dependent tax credit"
can you please respond back which column the check marks are under? that will tell us if this is an IRS error or an error when you filled out the return. Then we can figure out a solution,.
