I got both letters. There is a section explaining that you need to file the injured spouse form if you feel you are not responsible for the debt. Weird thing is, I did. The last 3 years. I thought it was weird that they split the stimulus in half we file jointly and have 2 children. One had only his name, one had both our names?? They took both payments, entirely. To top it off on the IRS tool it says it was deposited into my bank account. Good grief. Found out why its not in my account when I received the two letters in the mail today. Hawaii Child Support. One addressed to just him. One to both of us. These were the letters I received from the department of treasury.
