Thanks, that's useful info. So I can pretty much assume the IRS does therefore NOT have our current bank info.
Currently on the 'Get My Payment' page we're getting the famous "Payment Status Not Available" line, assumedly because they haven't actually processed our 2019 payment yet. I guess all we can do is keep checking back waiting for it to change and hope we can update our payment details before they give up and just send a check in the mail, BUT my concern is that maybe the 2019 return HAS actually processed and the "Payment Status Not Available" line is because we aren't typing our address EXACTLY as they have on file (we've had this problem before trying to log in to my wife's IRS account...) so I'm just a bit concerned about that. It's annoying that the IRS doesn't have some system you can log into to update your own contact/banking details.
