TurboTax does not ask about direct deposit information when taxes are due. You should use the IRS Get My Payment, enter information from your 2018 return to see if that works since the IRS may not have fully processed your 2019 return yet.

Use the "Get My Payment" application to:
- Check your payment status
- Confirm your payment type: direct deposit or check
- Enter your bank account information for direct deposit if we don't have your direct deposit information and we haven't sent your payment yet
