Your mortgage interest should not be limited on the State of New York Return.  I tried to duplicate your limitation on your State of New York return and could not.

You may want to verify that your 1098 (mortgage interest) is correct in TurboTax by following these steps:

1. While in your Tax Home,
2. Select Search from the top right side of your screen,
3. Enter 1099-Int,
4. Select Jump to 1099-Int,
5. Follow the On-Screen Prompts to review this section.
