In the Dividend Income 1099-DIV interview, on the screen that says "Let's get the info from your 1099-DIV", you will see boxes for 1a, 1b, and 2a.
Below that place a checkmark where it says "My form has info in other boxes", and that will expand the choices to show more boxes.
