But why?, is called emergency aid for a reason? Why are they taking it to cover back child support? I’m asking because I owe back child support but I am making payments every two weeks and all my tax money goes to it, I’m a single parent, have two babies to take care at home. I owe last months rent and now this one..Shouldn’t this emergency money be given to help us out in this emergency time?
