We took a 2014 Residential Energy Credit for a solar tank; does this credit affect a 2019 claim for an energy-efficient garage door?

Filling-out the tax form, I'm wondering: do I need to claim that 2014 credit for the solar tank? The question seems to ask if I ever took a credit for anything.
