interesting answer another turbo tax expert answerd YES can deduct if i paid personally...but i did not pay personally yet was listed by Vantage the custdoian of account as a misc disbursement...
I already filed...without deducting it...but was unclear if i could have ...Vantage totaled misc disbursement along w/their admin fee...which i included in taxes but thats also taken from the cash account w/them collecting rent
