If you have already filed and your tax return has been accepted, your only option is to contact the IRS. Once your tax return has been accepted, you can't make any changes through TurboTax. If you have not filed your taxes, you can go back in and select the Pay By Check option. Then you can write a check whenever you can pay. Penalities have been removed as long as you pay by 07/15.

If your payment is returned, you will receive a payment return notice in the mail notifying you to resubmit your payment. A penalty may be assessed, and you will receive an additional notice notifying you of the amount.
