To enter foreign tax credit carryover, go to:
- Deductions and Credits
- Scroll down to Estimates and other Taxes Paid
- Select Foreign taxes
- Click continue through the screens and you will finally get to the Foreign Tax Credit Carryovers screen.
- Enter them by year
