If your employer made the contribution you are not entitled to a deduction on your federal return. If you also contributed to this HSA through payroll deductions, those deductions were done pretax, therefore also not deductible on your federal.
TurboTax will generate a Form 8889 for you, however this only applies if you made an HSA contributions in additional to the payroll contributions. This additional contribution would be deductible on your federal return.
