Deductions & credits
Apologies, I originally replied directly to the email which contained your notes. Inside this Community, it appears that response didn't get here. Quoted:
The section you describe is the very page I am having this trouble with: My Info - Personal Details - Mailing Address. The screen shows the selections and correct data info for my UK street address and post code, and also shows the prompt 'Needs info' for the Phone #, but the field in question is formatting whatever I enter into the US-based sequence, and then refuses to accept what's entered. In the UK, all internal numbers begin with a leading 0, plus the rest of the number. In my case, this is in the format of 01529-nnnnnn. The original leading 0 is dropped when calling INTO the UK, but is req'd when calling INSIDE the UK. If calling into my # from outside the UK, from the US in this case, you'd dial [social security number removed]-nnnnnn (international access out from the US - country code - city code - number). If I try to enter even just the 1529-nnnnnn part of my number, the US-based formatting displays it as (152) 9nn-nnnn, and then goes red, I'm guessing, because the area code of 152 is undefined in the US (US area codes begin at 200, according to a web search).
Any ideas?
