Review the entries related to your 1098-T.
To enter qualified education expenses in TurboTax Online:
- Under Federal, click on Deductions & Credits
- Under Education, click on Start/Revisit next to Expenses and Scholarships (Form 1098-T)
- You can Edit the information
If you continue to have trouble, you may want to delete the form and re-enter:
- From the menu on the left, choose Tax Tools
- Click on Tools
- Select Delete a Form
- Scroll through the forms and click Delete next to any 1098-T or 1098-T Wks
Now that you have deleted the previous entries, return to the Deductions & Credits section and enter the education expenses are requested on the screens.
