In 2019, I took some days off work for my elderly father's medical care. He is my dependent in my 2019 tax return, by the way. Since I was paid by the hour, is my lost income tax-deductible?
Another related question: I took time off work for job-related training. Is the lost income (due to job-related training) tax-deductible?
