You need to delete form 8889 by following these steps:
- In the left hand column , click on Tax Tools then then on Tools
- On the Tools Center page, click on Delete a form
- On the Forms list, find form 8889 and click Delete next to it
- On the next page, click on Delete selected form.
- Also delete any worksheet associated with form 8889.
