This thread started last year.
If you are trying to edit the 1098, simply click Edit next to the 1098 you wish to edit.
If you wish to enter property taxes not reported on a 1098, enter that under
Federal
Deductions & Credits
Scroll down to "Your Home" and click Show more
Scroll down to "Property (Real Estate) Taxes and click Start
A 1098 is not needed to report property taxes you paid.
