- Sign out of your TurboTax Program completely
- Close the browser window
- Wait a few minutes
- Open a new browser window in Incognito Chrome
- Sign in to TurboTax
- From the left menu, select Federal
- Deductions & Credits
- Scroll down past all tax breaks to Medical and click Show More
- After entering your information, return to the Deductions & Credits page and scroll down to Your Home and click Show More
