Why is box 12a(letter E) from W-2 getting auto populated to HSA on Federal Return?

So, while entering my wife's W-2 info, there is an amount of $5,200 in Box 12a.  It is coded letter "E".  For some reason, that amount is populating under to the HSA portion of the tax return.  Any thoughts?  Thank you!
