I like your definition: "other taxes" = a summary of all taxes reported from W2, 1099, etc.
However, the TuboTax program defines it at: "State and local taxes that were withheld during 2019 but not reported on Form W-2, 1099, W-2G, etc. For example, state and local taxes that were withheld when you completed a real estate transaction.
When I look at my 2018 return, all my taxes from W2, 1099, etc. were included under "Estimated Taxes".
