No, it is not a glitch. I am able to enter numbers in that area of the screen. I recommend the following steps:
- Sign out of TurboTax
- Close your browser completely
- Open a new browser using incognito Chrome and sign in to TurboTax
- Navigate back to your estimates screen:
- From the left menu, select Federal
- From the four tabs across the top, click Other Tax Situations, third from the left
- Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes click Revisit
