The charging station credit may be limited in the case where there is business use of the charging station instead of only personal use. The credit may also be limited to $0 if you do not have a tax liability for the credit to be claimed against.
If you are still having issues with the charging station credit claimed on Form 8911, please consider sending a diagnostic copy of your tax return so that it can be examined more closely.

- Click on Tax Tools in the menu bar on the left side of your screen
- Click Tools
- Click Share my file with agent, then click OK
