FORM 5695 Residential Energy Credits not available for Efile in Turbotax

FORM 5695,  Residential Energy Credits is not available in installed version of Turbo Tax premier version even after trying multiple software updates , it says will be available by 1/28/2020 and the Turbotax stite says it is available for efile

Can you please check why this is not integrated yet or when it will be available as well as this is blocking me to efile my taxes.

Please try to do a manual update if you have not already.

Manual Update is not working, I already have Turbo Tax premier installed when I run the patch it gives me the error please install TurboTax before re-running the installation.

I recommend calling us to request a soft push of the software for the federal and state as this form is available within TurboTax to file.

 

Let the agent know you have been trying to update your software but the update is not loading.  They will be able to assist you.

My tax is basically done.  Been waiting and checking for over a month on update.  Unable to finish due to needing update.  Same issue.  I'm able to update online files are ready.  Form says Do Not File.  I've downloaded the manual update.  Get the message, need to install TT2019.  Try the support contact.  All they sent me is a link for TT.

At this point you may wish to contact a specialist that can work through that section of the return with you.
