In 2018 tax return I paid an additional $735 in state taxes. This was paid in 02/2019. Can I report this in my 2019 Federal tax as additional state taxes paid in 2019 along with the amount I have to pay in state takes for 2019. If so where do I report it in my federal tax return for 2019.
