Yes, you can enter the sale of your property in TurboTax. You will need TurboTax Online Premier or TurboTax Download/CD Deluxe to report the sale.
If you sold a home, there is a "Sale of Home (gain or loss)" section.
If was not a home, but investment property, you report is in the "Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other" section. Answer No to the "receive a 1099-B" question, and then answer according to the type of property sold.
If it was business property for a business you report in TurboTax, you indicate in the interview for that business that the property was sold during the year, and TurboTax will walk you through the entry of the sale.
If it was business property not otherwise entered in TurboTax, you enter the sale in "Sale of Business Property" section.
