The maximum adjusted gross income and earned income for the EITC are "less than $50,162 ($55,952 if married filing jointly)" if you have 3 or more qualifying children.
The qualification for earned income tax credit (EITC) is based on your adjusted gross income (AGI) and earned income, and the number of eligible children. A good tool for understanding eligibility for EITC is the IRS guide at this link.
