That is incredibly disappointing. So I cannot fill out my 1040X form using Turbo Tax, because the software is in fact not calculating correctly due to the retroactive nature of the law change...
I'll have to go back and read the fine print to see if I can get a refund on the cost of the software, since Turbo Tax guarantees that the calculations will be correct... Due to tax law change the calculations are no longer correct for 2018, so TT is failing to meet the guaranteed standard.
