Actually I had worked as J-1 and I file tax return wrongly as resident by using turbo tax.
And I lost last years tax return reports and left US.
Now I tried to get it at turbo tax and IRS, but both of them required phone number even though I already left United States.
Also tried to call to IRS, because of my SSN was expired, they cannot find my information.
And I am not in US, it is not easy to send form 4506T with US check.
In this situation, how can I get my prior year tax return reports.
If I cannot not get it, there is no way to report 2019 tax return.
I am so emergency situation, so I really appreciate your help.
