Sorry, I did respond again but I guess it didn't go through.
I totally deleted ALL info and restarted anew her taxes. Finally got everything done. Turbotax needs to fix their W2 pdf upload app because it really messes up the info shown on the W2 I uploaded. All is done now. Thanks and have a good evening.
