If you are being asked about an HSA, try this. Under Wages & Income, expand the menu for Less Common Income. Click Start/Revisit next to 1099-SA, HSA, MSA. The next screen will ask about ownership and any accounts you had. Uncheck anything that may be checked.
Also, you can try deleting a form.
- Click on Tax Tools from the menu on the left
- Click on Tools
- Choose Delete a Form
- Scroll through the list until you find HSA related forms and click Delete
If you have a W-2, verify that you do not have anything in box 12 with code W. That indicates HSA contributions.
