I have same situation but I am back in the USA and an Alien Resident ( Pass Substance Presence Test ).
WIthdraw 401K in March 2019 ( I was in indian from Jan 01 , 2019 to August 2019 ) so i will be issued 1042 S.
Since Aug 2019 till dec 31 2019 i was in USA and made my money i have my W2 Handy.
I pass Substance Presence Test and i should file taxes as US Resident.
How could i do this using Turbo Tax.?
