The child tax credit is not available in the free version of the mobile app. You would need to update to the Deluxe version within the app to utilize the benefits of the child tax credit.
You can verify your information is entered into the mobile app by selecting
- Federal
- Deductions & Credits
- Under All Tax credits, select You and your Family
- Select Child and other Dependent Tax Credits
