I'm filing my 2019 taxes. I made contributions in 2019 for 2018 to maximize my 2018 contribution. When I made the contribution in 2019, I marked it for 2018. However, when I received my 2019 form 5498-SA, the 2018 contribution was included in the 2019 number, causing an excess contribution. TurboTax never asked me if any of the 2019 contributions were made for 2018, it only asks if it was made for 2020. How do I fix this?
