In order to get the child tax credit, here are the steps to enter information:
In TurboTax online,
- Sign in to your TurboTax account and select Pick up where you left off
- At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in "child tax credit" and Enter
- Select Jump to child tax credit
- Follow prompts
