I got the error "Because she had another disqualifying situation, Blaire doesn't count for the Child Tax Credit." That makes no sense.

I got the error "Because she had another disqualifying situation, Blaire doesn't count for the Child Tax Credit." That makes no sense.
I meet all of the criteria. What would count as a disqualifying situation?
