I work and pay state taxes in Missouri but reside in IL. I contribute to Illinois Brightstart 529 program. Can I deduct those contributions from the Missouri tax filing if I don't deduct from Illinois tax filing?
I file a non-resident MO form and my spouse works in IL so we file an IL resident return also.
