No. The ohio registration fee does not have a deductible part (as some states do) for the personal itemized deductions.
If you claim the mileage allowance for your business miles, you cannot deduct the registration fee in addition. However if you use the actual cost method, you may deduct the reg. fee in addition to gas, repairs, insurance and depreciation
