Claim it for what? Do you have other income and are you going to have enough other itemized deductions to exceed your standard deduction? Would your medical expenses be over 7.5% of your Adjusted Gross Income?
Unless those two things are true then there is no reason to enter anything about your part B.

Yes, premiums you pay for Medicare B are a medical expense and you may be able to deduct them if:
- you itemize your deductions and

your total qualified unreimbursed medical care expenses for the year exceeds 7.5% of your adjusted gross income. Your adjusted gross income (AGI) is your taxable income minus any adjustments to income such as contributions to a traditional IRA and student loan interest.
Check the information you received from the Social Security Administration to find out your premium.
