When does her ITIN run out ( is it valid till 12/31/2019) ? If that is the case then you can still use it for the tax year 2019.
AKUMARV> Yes it will expire as on Jan 1, 2020, how will I use it, will i be able to file the tax return electronically during my tax return filing
When did you enter the country with H-1 and when did she come in and/or spend time here in the USA ?
AKUMARV> I was in US for whole of 2019 except for 30 days vacation in Nov'2019, my wife entered on May 16th '2019 and left July 5th'2019
