My ex and I share joint custody of our children, but I have some placement. He doesn't pay child support, and hasn't seen them since he left in May-June. His mother is my landlord, of which is trying to say her son is claiming one of our two children because he "paid rent and the utilities." Rent was never paid and the utilities were shut off due to not being paid. Because I have some placement and provide for them both, I can claim our children right?
